ph96 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before permitting real-money play. You will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) and a selfie photograph. ph96 may request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are restricted from making deposits, placing bets, or requesting withdrawals.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer may vary. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph96 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ph96 account. ph96 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
ph96 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. ph96 monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). ph96 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

ph96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of ph96 services, even if ph96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph96 does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph96 is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the ph96 platform.
ph96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months; or at ph96's sole discretion for any other reason consistent with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
You may close your ph96 account at any time by contacting ph96 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and verification of the absence of any pending investigations.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after termination, including provisions relating to liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact ph96 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ph96 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with Philippine law.
ph96 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players may also submit complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels if they believe ph96 has violated applicable gaming regulations.
ph96 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph96 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
